2 Annual HVAC Preventative Maintenances
Includes a full system inspection and tune-up: clearing and flushing drain lines, checking all electrical components and thermostat operation, testing motors, refrigerant levels, airflow, and static pressure, and cleaning the outdoor condenser coil.
1 Annual Power Safety Inspection
Includes a full electrical safety check of your breaker panel, outlets, grounding, GFCI protection, surge protection, meter equipment, attic wiring, and high voltage disconnects for the water heater and AC.
1 Annual Plumbing Preventative Maintenance
Includes a full evaluation of all toilets, water heaters, faucets, and drains, a tank water heater flush, and a camera inspection to identify blockages or major issues. Tankless water heater flushes are available at an additional cost.
Members are required to complete all scheduled maintenance visits to keep their membership active and in good standing. As a courtesy, we will contact you to help schedule these visits; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all maintenance is completed to prevent voiding the membership.
