Heating Repairs
When you call us with a problem, our technician will arrive at your property and assess what is going on with your heating unit. Our technician will evaluate your entire system, which can take up to an hour to ensure that we address the root of the problem. Afterward, we’ll check that the electric heaters in the air handlers are working correctly and that there aren’t any other prevalent issues with your HVAC system. When we finish our evaluation, we’ll present you with three options to get your heating unit back in action. We can repair the broken part, enhance your system with repairs and upgrades, or replace the syste altogether.

Heating Maintenance
When you sign up for our heating maintenance service, we will perform a checkup on your entire HVAC system. Our heating maintenance service includes cleaning the outdoor coil with water, doing a nitrogen flush on the drain line, and checking all major electrical components. We also evaluate your ducts and check for static pressure around the ductwork system. Once we inspect all those components, we move on to the heating system. We measure the amperage on your heat strip to ensure it is working correctly. We conclude our service by testing the heating unit for twenty minutes to check that everything is working before we leave.
Heating Installation
When you reach out to us for an HVAC system install, we will come to your property and do a two-hour evaluation that includes heat load calculations, measurements, sizing, and looking at your existing equipment and ductwork. When it comes to heating specifically, you can choose between installing a straight cool AC heat strip system or a heat pump. A straight cool heat strip system uses electric heat strips to warm your property, while a heat pump uses a reversing valve to transfer heat from the outside to the inside of your building. You can’t go wrong with either one! Both options will keep your property nice and warm once it starts getting cold in Florida.
